About this event
Poplar Island is growing. Come see the benefits of recycling dredged material into a watershed restoration. A Win-Win for all. Come tour the Island to see how the dredged material is used, the habitat is restored, the wildlife in the salt marsh habitat, Tilghman Island history, and the construction schedule. This should be a fun educational outing.
Two tour dates available:
April 14, 2025 (Monday) @ 8:30 – 12:00
April 21, 2025 (Monday) @ 8:30 – 12:00
⬥ Boat leaves the dock promptly at 9:00
Space is limited to 24 with a minimum requiem of 12 person. Please specify which date you plan to attend. Call if you need to cancel. The Tour will be canceled if 12 participants do not arrive on the day of the tour.
